We charge every half hour after the first one hour.

Q2. Do your rates have call out charges extra? How much are they?

Yes, we have a call out charge, which is equal to half an hour charge.

Q3. Do you visit the address for shifting before hand to check the movement?

We can go to check the property, if you have any questions on the access or any difficult situation ion

the new house.

Q4. Do you also provide insurance of my goods?

Yes, we do help in insurance. Please ask us for details.

Q5. What happens if there is any breakage of goods or the house/office due to shifting?

Q6. How early should I book the Furniture Mover?

We can even move on a day’s notice. But the earlier the better, for a good planned movement.

Q7. Will the movers help in dismantling and reassembling of items.

Yes, we do help in dismantling and reassembling of goods. Wrapping and assembly may charge extra.

Q8. What all areas do you cover?

We cover all areas in Auckland from Pukekohe in south to Orewa in North. Maretai Beach in East to

Piha beach in West. Even if you want to go out of Auckland, in the North Island, we can cover that too.
